Eyes Like Molten Lava

The illustrations are finished and in the hands of my amazing production team. Alli Gray did a marvelous job of turning the words into pictures. Here's a sneak peak, a dragon's eye. No static image can really catch what these eyes looks like since the surface appears to always be in motion. But if the Scots had owned cameras in the early 1500s, this is what they would have caught on film (or a memory stick).

A dragon's eye always appears to be in motion, like molten lava. Beautiful and mesmerizing, but not necessarily dangerous. (Credit: Alli Gray)
